Jemimah Rodrigues Named Brand Ambassador for F1 Sim Racing India Open 2026
Mumbai Falcons Racing (MFRL) has appointed India women's cricketer Jemimah Rodrigues as the brand ambassador for the F1 Sim Racing India Open 2026, further strengthening the championship's efforts to promote sim racing across the country. She joins cricketer Shreyas Iyer, who is already associated with the initiative.
The nationwide championship is designed to identify and nurture emerging sim racing talent, providing participants with an opportunity to progress through multiple stages of competition. The tournament's Time Trials will take place at Bharat Mandapam, Delhi, from July 30 to August 1.
With a ₹2 crore driver development fund, the championship aims to support aspiring racers while encouraging greater participation in motorsport. Organisers also hope the initiative will inspire more young people, particularly women, to explore opportunities in competitive racing.
The appointment of Jemimah Rodrigues reflects the growing popularity of Formula 1 and sim racing among younger audiences, reinforcing the championship's vision of making motorsport more accessible and inclusive across India.
