Popeyes India has announced actress Rashmika Mandanna as its new brand ambassador alongside the launch of its latest campaign, ‘BORING vs BOLD’. The campaign highlights the brand’s bold Louisiana-style fried chicken flavours, positioning them as a fresh alternative to conventional fast-food choices.
With the tagline “Boring Hatao. Bold Ko Laao.”, the campaign aims to connect with young consumers through television and digital platforms, beginning with a strong focus on South India — a key market where Popeyes currently operates 48 outlets through Jubilant FoodWorks.
Speaking about the campaign, Vibhor Gupta, Executive Vice President & Business Head of Popeyes India, shared that the brand continues to focus on differentiation through bold flavours and a youthful identity.
Rashmika Mandanna expressed her excitement about the collaboration, stating that the campaign reflects her personal choice of embracing exciting and authentic experiences, including food that truly stands out.
The campaign will gradually expand across India in the coming months, further strengthening Popeyes’ presence in the quick-service restaurant market.
