Publicis Groupe is set to acquire LiveRamp in a $2.2 billion all-cash deal, marking a major move in the future of AI-powered and data-driven marketing.
The acquisition strengthens Publicis’ capabilities in identity solutions, clean rooms, data collaboration, and AI services building on its earlier Epsilon acquisition. LiveRamp will continue operating independently under CEO Scott Howe while becoming part of Publicis’ Technology segment.
With access to 25,000+ publisher domains and 500+ partners, the deal positions Publicis as a leader in data co-creation for the agentic AI era. The company also raised its 2027–2028 growth outlook following the announcement.
