Myntra has introduced a new Affiliate feature under its Ultimate Glam Clan (UGC) programme, enabling creators to earn by sharing content across social media platforms such as Instagram and YouTube.
To unlock the feature, users must create at least three UGC posts on the Myntra app. Eligible creators can then earn commissions between 8% and 12% on sales generated through their affiliate content.
Speaking about the initiative, Myntra CMO Sunder Balasubramanian said the feature is designed to help users grow from shoppers into creators and entrepreneurs while expanding the reach of social commerce in India.
Since launching Ultimate Glam Clan in September 2024, Myntra has onboarded over 6 million users, with more than 100,000 nano and micro creators already earning through the platform. Around 80% of creators belong to Gen Z, while nearly 70% come from Tier-2 cities.
The company says social commerce now contributes 10% of its revenue, with creator-led content driving higher customer engagement and trust. Myntra aims to further scale the ecosystem and support the rise of the next million creators in India.
