MyFitness, the peanut butter brand from BRND.ME, has collaborated with content creator Rohan Sehgal for a digital video as part of his ‘Feeding Mom’ series.

The collaboration explores the idea of food pairing, with Sehgal and his sister Aparna comparing glucose responses after eating an apple on its own and alongside MyFitness Zero Extra Crunchy Peanut Butter.

In the video, Sehgal pairs apple slices with around two tablespoons of peanut butter. A glucose monitor records a 22 mg/dL rise after the paired snack, compared with a 31 mg/dL rise recorded when Aparna had previously eaten an apple alone. Aparna also discusses feeling fuller for longer after having the combination.

The video uses the sibling interaction and the experiment to discuss how pairing different foods can influence satiety and glucose response.

According to MyFitness, its Zero Extra Crunchy Peanut Butter contains 98% roasted peanuts, 28g of protein per 100g and zero added sugar.

The collaboration forms part of BRND.ME’s broader creator-led content strategy around everyday food consumption.
