The Big Cricket League (BCL) has renewed its partnership with travel-tech platform EaseMyTrip as the title sponsor for Season 2, following a successful inaugural edition.
Scheduled from June 3 to June 13, 2026, at the Shaheed Vijay Singh Pathik Sports Complex, the upcoming season promises larger-scale action with six teams, 18 T20 matches, and participation from more than 36 international cricket stars.
The tournament lineup includes cricketing icons such as Shikhar Dhawan, Harbhajan Singh, Chris Gayle, Ross Taylor, Thisara Perera, and Tillakaratne Dilshan. Alongside these legends, the league will also feature former First-Class and IPL players, as well as 60 aspiring amateur cricketers from across India who will get an opportunity to showcase their talent on a professional platform.
Speaking about the continued collaboration, Dilip Vengsarkar, league commissioner of the Big Cricket League, said the association with EaseMyTrip reflects the growing trust and momentum the league has built since its debut season. He added that BCL aims to create a world-class cricketing platform that combines entertainment with opportunities for emerging players to compete alongside some of the sport’s biggest names.
Nishant Pitti shared that the brand’s journey with BCL in Season 1 was highly rewarding. He noted that the league’s unique format, which blends cricket legends with grassroots talent, has created strong fan engagement across the country. He also highlighted the natural connection between cricket and travel, with fans frequently travelling to experience live matches.
Adding to this, Puneet Singh said Season 2 will expand significantly in terms of competition, fan experience, broadcast reach, and international participation. With broadcast partnerships including Eurosport and FanCode, along with continued support from brands like EaseMyTrip, the league aims to strengthen its connection with cricket fans while celebrating dreams, opportunities, and memorable sporting moments.
