Snitch Makes Its Move Into Travel Accessories
Indian menswear brand Snitch is expanding beyond fashion and stepping into the fast-growing travel accessories market through a strategic partnership with travel platform Escape Plan.
The collaboration marks Snitch’s entry into a new lifestyle category with a dedicated collection of travel products designed to combine contemporary aesthetics with everyday functionality.
The new range features hard-shell cabin and check-in luggage, laptop trolleys, backpacks and other travel essentials. Built for modern travellers, the products come equipped with features such as durable polycarbonate shells, 360-degree spinner wheels, TSA-approved locks and thoughtfully designed interiors.
The collection will be available through Snitch’s online platform and retail stores, while Escape Plan will leverage its distribution network to expand the range’s reach across the market.
Travel Meets Personal Style
The partnership is being supported by a digital-first campaign that positions travel accessories as more than functional necessities. The campaign presents luggage and travel gear as an extension of an individual’s personal style aligning closely with Snitch’s fashion-led brand identity.
The creative campaign has been conceptualised by Snitch’s in-house creative team, led by Hari Kumar, Pruthvi Bharadwaj and Saheli Saha, while Capsule has handled its direction and production.
Behind the partnership, Escape Plan is responsible for key aspects of the business, including product development, sourcing, manufacturing and distribution. This allows Snitch to enter the category by leveraging Escape Plan’s existing expertise in building travel-focused products.
Building Lifestyle Beyond Fashion
According to Abhinav Pathak, Co-founder and CEO of Escape Plan, consumer expectations are evolving, with audiences increasingly looking for their favourite lifestyle brands to be present across different aspects of their lives, including travel.
For Snitch, the move represents an opportunity to extend its fashion proposition into a complementary category while tapping into consumers’ growing interest in stylish and functional travel products.
Snitch has rapidly expanded its physical presence in India and currently operates more than 115 retail stores. The brand also reported an 80% year-on-year revenue increase to Rs 900 crore in FY26, highlighting its growing scale and momentum.
Escape Plan, meanwhile, has been building its presence as a partner for lifestyle brands entering the travel segment. Its collaborations with brands such as HRX and Rare Rabbit underline the growing trend of fashion and lifestyle players extending their portfolios into adjacent categories.
A New Opportunity In Lifestyle Branding
The Snitch-Escape Plan partnership reflects a broader shift in the Indian lifestyle market, where fashion brands are increasingly exploring categories beyond apparel to create more comprehensive consumer ecosystems.
By combining Snitch’s fashion credentials and consumer appeal with Escape Plan’s travel-product expertise, the partnership aims to make luggage and travel accessories a natural extension of the modern consumer’s wardrobe.
With travel becoming increasingly intertwined with lifestyle and self-expression, Snitch’s latest category expansion could open up a new avenue for the brand to connect with consumers beyond traditional fashion.
