Sony Pictures Networks India (SPNI) has announced the return of Kaun Banega Crorepati (KBC) Season 18, with Amitabh Bachchan once again taking the host's seat. The new season will premiere on 10 August 2026 at 9:00 PM on Sony Entertainment Television and Sony LIV, followed by weekday telecasts from Monday to Friday.
This season introduces the theme ‘Sochna Padega’, built around the idea that in today's world, where information is easily accessible, true advantage lies in the ability to interpret, connect and apply knowledge effectively.
