Starbucks India Just Dropped a Yeast Protein Cold Foam!

Starbucks India teams up with SuperYou to launch a yeast protein cold foam, a creamy, protein-packed upgrade.

Tata Starbucks and SuperYou are taking their protein cold foam collaboration to the next level. Following a strong nationwide response to their initial launch, the two brands are expanding their menu with a fresh lineup of protein-powered beverages available across 500+ Starbucks outlets in India.

The Star of the Show

Headlining the new menu is the Brown Sugar Cinnamon Oat Iced Shaken Espresso topped with SuperYou's Vanilla Protein Cold Foam. The drink combines a bold, hand-shaken espresso with hints of brown sugar and cinnamon, finished with a creamy vanilla protein cold foam. Inspired by Ranveer Singh's own coffee ritual, the beverage delivers both flavour and function in every sip.

Ranveer Singh Steps Behind the Counter

Bollywood star and SuperYou co-founder Ranveer Singh made the launch truly memorable by stepping behind the Starbucks counter himself. Fans gathered as he personally experienced the new signature drink, calling it "a blockbuster in a glass."

"Coffee has always been more than just a beverage for me, it's been a ritual," said Ranveer. "Adding SuperYou's vanilla protein cold foam is the perfect upgrade."

More Flavours, More Protein

Customers can now customise their favourite cold beverages with SuperYou Pro Protein Cold Foam in three flavours: Vanilla, Chocolate, and the newly launched Mango, each adding 11g to 18g of protein per serving. Just in time for summer, the Mango Frappuccino Protein Cold Foam is also now available across stores nationwide.

SuperYou co-founder Nikunj Biyani shared his take: "When protein is added to something as habitual as coffee, it becomes far easier for people to adopt it. My personal favourite is the mango protein foam!"

A Shift in India's Coffee Culture

Adrit Mishra, COO of Tata Starbucks, noted that the response to Protein Cold Foam has reflected a growing appetite for choices that feel both accessible and personalised. "We're enabling small, intentional upgrades to daily coffee rituals," he said.
