Jubilant Foods signs MoU with Coca-Cola for beverages, food products

Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd. (JFL) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Coca-Cola to purchase and market sparkling beverages and other products. This partnership marks a shift from its previous collaboration with PepsiCo, following the Jubilant Bhartia Group’s acquisition of a 40% stake in Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages.

JFL operates over 3,130 stores across India, Turkey, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Azerbaijan, and Georgia, and is the master franchisee for Domino’s Pizza. This partnership with Coca-Cola will enhance its beverage offerings and strengthen its position in the global QSR market.
